I'm a Computer Scientist with a Masters from Bristol University, UK.
I work in Bath, England in Internet Security.
Jamie Holding is a student at the University of Bristol currently completing masters degree in Computer Science. Particularly interested in Video Games and Web Technology.
Jamie is the original developer of Facebook Chess. Jamie later sold and further developed by Chess.com and has always stood as the most popular Chess application in the world.
Jamie Holding is also the developer and owner of AlphaZone4 - a fan website dedicated to PlayStation Home, full of user-generated content and advanced database driven applications.

Developed and administrated AlphaZone4.com, a very successful PlayStation Home fansite. Makes use of the WordPress blogging platform for users registration, but consists of a suite of custom plugins written by myself that provide advanced user-contributions and moderation tools.

Mentored a group of young people aged between 13-18 years old to create their own video game. The participants in the project wrote all their own code, drew their own graphics, designed the game logic and wrote the storyline themselves.

Facebook Chess Developer at Chess.com
2006 - 2007
Developed Facebook Chess very shortly after the launch of the Facebook API and was within the first 100 apps on the approved Facebook app list.
Later migrated software development to Chess.com, porting code to match their codebase whilst working with their server engineers/designers around the world.
